What We Must Do Now In the book Extreme Ownership, on the subject of successful leadership in times of battle, two Navy Seals share several keys to victory. One is prioritize and execute.

Scripture tells us that every follower of Jesus is also in a spiritual battle, as we wrestle not against flesh and blood but principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness of this world, and spiritual wickedness in high places. Since the beginning of time, humanity has been engaged in spiritual warfare. And, if we are going to be successful on this battlefield called, Life, then we will also have to learn how to prioritize and execute.

Our church has also learned this lesson during 2020 as we try to fulfill the vision, Everyone Needs Jesus.

  1. Seek the Lost - We live a compelling lifestyle.

  2. Make Disciples - We equip with the word and empower by the Holy Spirit.

  3. Meet Needs - We meet spiritual and physical needs.

Dive into this message with Pastor Eric as he reveals how the most powerful king in the Old Testament, David, was victorious in battle and how we can apply that to our lives today.

“Lord, what is man, that You take knowledge of him? Or the son of man, that You are mindful of him?” (Psalm 144:3)

Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you were doing everything that you possibly could to follow Jesus, and yet you found yourself in a storm? When we follow Jesus, we don’t typically visualize that a challenge or a struggle would be part of the plan. We expect Jesus to lead us around the storm, not through the storm.

In week 1 of our new series, God With Us, we learned that Jesus can bring a great calm to a great storm despite our little faith.

Dive into this message with Pastor Eric as he reveals that when we call on Jesus as Savior, the world will see Him as Immanuel, “God with us.”

“‘And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins. Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel, which is translated, God with us.’” (Matthew 1:21,23 NKJV)
